Step 1: Create a New Room

Click "Create New Room" to start your experience.

Step 2: Grant Camera Permission

Wait a few seconds, then allow camera access when prompted.

Step 3: Show the Hidden Tab & Upload Photos

Find the hidden tab, drag it to display, then upload your favorite photos.

Step 4: Confirm & Display Photos on the Tree

Click OK / Confirm — your photos will appear on the Christmas tree.

Step 5: Use Gestures to Interact

Follow the on-screen instructions to use gestures to control and play with the tree.

Security and Privacy Notice

• The app only communicates with the photo management server (uploads, syncs, queries). It does not send data to other third-party servers.

• All application code and machine learning models are downloaded to and executed in your local browser; model weights and logic are not sent to external servers.

• Photos are uploaded to the photo server only when you explicitly consent; local preview/edit operations remain on your device.

• Requested permissions are limited to necessary items (camera, file access) and are not expanded automatically.

• No telemetry or analytics data is collected or transmitted unless you explicitly opt in.

• For secure operation, use HTTPS and verify the server origin; you can inspect network requests in browser developer tools to confirm no other outgoing connections.

• For maximum privacy, use the app in offline mode and avoid uploading any photos.
